Clare and Simon Hempenstall established Why Bother in 2006. Coming from busy professional backgrounds, we knew first-hand how the demands of a hectic and stressful life can become overwhelming.

We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and the ability to take away the stress and burden that surrounds our clients' everyday lives. Our company is large enough to provide reliability yet small enough to focus on the needs of each individual client.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Although, of course, we can provide services outside these hours by arrangement.
